Use the insertion orders child form to track insertion orders for this contract.
Insertion Orders Child Form
You see the following columns on the insertion orders child form:

| Advertiser | Displays the full name of the advertiser. |
| Agency | Displays the full name of the agency involved. |
| Publication/Subscription | Displays the name of the publication or subscription this order will appear in. |
| Issue | Displays the name of the publication's issue that this order will appear in. |
| Base Rate | Displays the rate per size of the ad. |
| Bill To | Displays the full name of the customer responsible for payin the bill for this insertion order. |
